The location was stunning, right on the beach and with beautiful gardens to explore. We loved the private balcony in our room, with a stunning view of the ocean that was perfect for watching the sunrise each morning. The spa treatments were top-notch and really added to our romantic escape.
The food left a lot to be desired. Limited choices at the buffet and poor quality at the main restaurants, made for a disappointing culinary experience.

Liked almost everything, including staff and people, they were fab. The rooms offer an amazing view. We recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Holguin.

Had a great Xmas here! Perfect location on beautiful beach, great food, and friendly staff. Loved the outdoor activities offered and the relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment was top-notch and made our stay enjoyable.
Only downside was the limited Wi-Fi access, but sometimes it's nice to disconnect. , the rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that provides every amenity that we needed. The Spa and wellness center are pure heaven and we enjoyed the exclusive indoor swimming pool and sauna. The outdoor facilities are impressive with the swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful beach. The garden area is well-maintained and offers a peaceful escape. The bar and lounge area were trendy and intimate and the restaurant offered a varied menu every day. The room advantages are exclusive, with private facilities and elegant décor.
Although we had a wonderful stay, there was only one minor issue. The entertainment and leisure facilities were somewhat limited.
